Application Procedure

Children over 1 year old can apply. Applications for all classes are accepted throughout the year.

Application Method 1：Online Admission

1. Before completing an online application form, please prepare the scanned copy of Student Photo (format: jpeg, jpg, png; size: 10MB) and Birth Certificate (format: jpeg, jpg, png, pdf ; size: 10MB)

2. Complete the “Online Application Form”

3. After completing the application procedure, parents will receive a confirmation letter by email

4. Our school will inform parents of the interview arrangement by email later

Application Method 2：Submit the application in person / by post

1. Application form (With a recent photo)

2. A copy of Birth Certificate

3. 4 self-addressed stamped envelopes (Size: 4 x 9 inch / with child-name-stated)

4. Submit the above documents in person / by post, our school will inform parents of the interview arrangement by post later

• HKD $40

School Fee

• The school is permitted to enroll students under the Quality Kindergarten Education Scheme.
• Children from K1 to K3 classes will receive subsidy from school fees and meal charges by the Hong Kong Government.
• For families who require financial assistance, please refer to the website of Student Finance Office  https://www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/sfo/en/preprimary/index.htm

Registration fees ( 2024/25 YEAR)

• K1-K3  (Half –Day)   $900
• K1-K3  (Whole-Day)   $1500

(The registration fee paid will be refunded in September )

OTHERS

• When interviewing NCS children, parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to
facilitate communication.
